Power Seller Templates Sean Marsh Terrible Service and Rip Off Internet

We engaged Sean to help redesign our ebay store and template. In the early stages (before we commited to anything and before payment) he was very responsive to emails and phone calls.

As soon as we commited to his service and paid him, he seemed to completly drop off. A two week job took over four months. He did not return phone calls, answer the phone at allocated meeting times, respond to emails ect. The only way we got him to finish our job was to offer him more work so he though he was going to get more money.

Our template is currently not working and we have been trying to contact him for over a month to help us fix it. He has not returned phone calls, emails, facebook messages ANYTHING.

I would advise spending your hard earned businesss money on another company. This guy only cares about getting the payment and moving on. His work quality is poor and you are stuck with what you get!
