Miscommunication?

AUTHOR: Power Tax - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, October 05, 2007

This taxpayer owed back taxes for several older years. We contacted the IRS and verified several expiration dates for her. We sent a letter to her informing her that her taxes were due to expire, and they did. She ended up paying nothing. We are not sure what the nature of her complaint is.
