Just like a previous reporter on this subject ....I too purchased Power4Home on the web-site ' Power4Home.com'.

Following the instructions, I downloaded the material bought, but THREE of the downloaded packages refused to open..."File damaged beyond repair "and the video's would not open to the 'security password' Of course, I attempted to re-download the material, but without success a number of times.

To date, I have sent THREE seperate e'mails to the Customer Service Web site, but without receiving a single reply. I have also noticed that most sites on the 'search' page have been re-directed to their home page, including the ones that report the BAD news !!
