Power4Home Power4Home did not received my books and the cd only worked half way threw Plymouth Montana

i have order power4home books and the dvd did not  workthey were surposed to send me information on how to buit a solar panel and wind power they already have my money i sent them i have called them serveral times already did not receive any books yet and the dvd is no good  so far what i think its nothing but a rip off
