PowerPay will RIP YOU OFF if you think Paypal is bad, This Processing company is worst, they advertise under National Bank Card Processing . Their ads are alway advertise in forum with people who are unhappy with Paypal. Watch out . Go with a reputable bank like Wells Fargo. This company goes with the name PowerPay and National bank card. you will be sorry setting up an account with them. It sure is easy to setup but you will have lots of problem getting your money, they have all kinds of terms that allow them to hold your funds up to 270 days. just watch it

Join Class Action Suit

A class action suit is being prepared against PowerPay, HSBC Bank USA, N.A. BancorpSouth, Inc. The suit also will be naming EVO, who handle the chargebacks for Powerpay, that companies parent company, Merchant Services Inc. acting as an agent for First National Bank of Omaha.

Anyone harmed by any of these companies can join the action. It is being brought in violation of the R.I.C.O. statute alleging mail fraud, among other claims and treble damages are being sought.
