According to https://powersignups.com/about.php
PowerSignups delivers guaranteed signups to your signup pages. It also boasts to have "Our provider owns over 500 high traffic (50,000+ unique visits per day) advertising networks"

Further boasts "90% of our advertisers receive between 100-250 signups per day. Keep
this in mind when you’re deciding on a campaign size. If you’re just doing a test with us with a 100 signup order, that campaign will likely be completed within 24 hours after it begins."

It also has a guaranteed page https://powersignups.com/guarantee.php that promises "You will receive double your order of signups if not fully delivered in 20 days after your campaign starts."

Well, all these may be true back in 2010 when they first opened. But this is 2011 and all these has now changed.

I order 500 guaranteed sign ups Jan 1st . The campaign started on Jan 2nd. Today is Feb 23rd, and from that time to now I only got a total of 27 sign ups.

The most I got was  1 sign ups a day. And at first that came every weekday, for a total of 5 sign ups a week. Then it came sporadically, but it didn't come everyday, so only maybe 2-3 sign ups a week.  And all the sign ups came from the same IP address 98.144.24.90. Then after I complaint about it, they changed it to 174.65.134.51.

I complaint about their service on Jan 13th and I got nothing but rude remarks like, "Why do you need 500 signups in under 20 days anyway? Can you find anyone else that will deliver said signups? If so, by all means go find them.". And threats, "should you not close this case
and let us continue delivering as we are already doing so. You will be reported for fraud ($500 is criminal offense) for getting services then declaring not getting them (also called theft) ".

So I presented my case to the Master Card company and they agreed with me that this company provided defective product and they refunded my money. Thanks goodness for this otherwise Powersignups will drag me along and I would never see any sign ups or my money again.

So buyer beware. They have changed the 20 day limit now to 30 days. But I hardly see how that will help them. For one, from Jan 2nd to Feb 23rd is total of around 50 days. But in that 50 days they only delivered 27 sign ups total to my account.  If they claim they are so capable I should have seen a great increase in activity in the last 20 days, but that did not happen. In fact in the last 20 days I got less activity. From Feb 1 to Feb 23. there were only 9 sign ups total.

I'm also glad the CPA company I deal with has a great tracking link. They track clicks, sign ups and IP addresses. This is how I know what is going on with the link I provided PowerSignups. They claimed they delivered 450 sign ups to my account. But my tracking link only registered 63 clicks and only 27 sign ups.

So how can a link that has only been clicked 63 times generate 450 sign ups?

I have also made sure there is no problem with the link I provided. I have tested it by clicking on it and every time I clicked on it it showed one click on the stats page. So there is no way PowerSignups can claim they showed my links at all, because if they showed it, it will be on the stats page as being clicked.

So I can say this is a big scam. If you didn't provide them with a track able link, you will not be able to tell what they claim is false or know how to fight it.

So never provide a link that can not be tracked or have no stats. Because these companies that promise these sign ups count on that fact that you have no proof to fight against them. So they can take your money and leave you high and dry, and they become fat and happy from your miseries  and your hard earned money.

Sorry but no I am not affiliated to this company what so ever. I just want to say that companies like us resell these services and this is not really in house but we take orders from you guys and we create your account from the reseller we deal with and that is all. Okay as far as guarantee signups... please do not buy if your a cpa affilaite, credit card company, etc. This service only works for home business owners and that is all. I don't know why powersignups.com took your order but hey it might of been their mistake . Also, cpa offers is a bad move on you because whether you advertise on google or any other advertising source this company your are affiliated with will never tell you the truth. they will lie and cheat you. stay away from cpa offer companies that u are affiliate with because the real scam is not the advertising company you dealt with but the company your affilaited with... good luck!

powersignups.com scam

I would have no doubt that you would try to discredit me. But if you can not deliver what you promised not using Paypal is not going to help you,  and your 'upstanding' Paypal account 'will' be terminated without my help.

You site was down for 2 whole days without any notice and since you did not respond to my email I couldn't think of any reason beyond that you have shut down. The simple thing would have been to sent out an email notifying your customers your website will be down and that you will be back. But no such email went out, you set yourself up for speculation, that is something you need to deal with. Naturally I immediately requested a charge back. There is no reason to sit around and 'think'that you will be back.

I have seen my login details that you have rigged up to show that you have delivered the 'said' number of signups to my account. But why should I buy that when I 'did not' receive those said signups?  You said I didn't acknowledge, I think you should say that you didn't acknowledge when I showed you the prove and gave you the login details to sign into my CPA account. Which interestingly made you very quiet for awhile and I did not hear back from you after that.

You talk big but you have no leg to stand on and you know it.

The CPA links that I provided have a very detailed way to track all clicks and even IP address and you can't bluff your way out of this one.

I gave you plenty of chance to prove me wrong but you never came through. I more than anyone will love to have you to be right, because if you are right then I make money too, what's not to like about that? But you disappointed me you never came through.

I hope who ever buys your website will do a better job than you did. You did a lousy job and you have ruin the name of Powersignups for now. It will take a very strong hand to bring that name back to where it used to be.

Ellen Ciccarello is a Fruad - Have her signups

AUTHOR: PSU - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, March 07, 2011

Ellen Ciccarello is a complete fruadster, and the exact reason I do not do business via paypal. She paid via credit card, but she would be the one who would have my upstanding paypal account terminated for chargeback.

She emailed us and said "our site was down for ever" it was down one night as we did maintenance. THe site was back up the next day, but on the chargeback report she wrote "site shut down." I gave her the login details to show her we have delivered almost all of her signups, she refused to acknowledge. THen, when asked for her backend login to prove to us that there are no signups, she refused that as well. The only way we can tell the truth-sayers from the scammers is if they let us log in to their backend. 100% that always scares the scammers away.

So, since she wants to post fruad competitive negative feedback, here are her si Lgnups for everyone to have since she doesnt deserve them. Also, for proof. Log in here: http://www.powersignups.com/customer/signuplogin.php

Look at all those juicy emails to market to.

at this time ALL of her signups are delivered. Ellen Ciccarello is the only person giving me troubles, and I will be
A) reporting you to all of the adnetworks to STAY AWAY FROM HER and not take her orders or money as you will loose it.
B) As according to our terms we reserve the right to recharge accounts that are deemed fruad by our lawyers (anyone can see proof above).
C) Be following through with our lawyers as Ellen Ciccarello has taken this a step too far and has now hurt our reputation.
Everything we do is within legal standing.

Since she is a scammer fraudster, here is her information, so you can watch out for her and stay away from her orders:
