I ordered a 250cc moped from them at the end of May with the expectation of receiving the bike in 15 days per their website. As I watched for the bike to ship and seeing that it wasn't going to make the 15 day delivery I started calling to find out when it was going to ship. I kept getting promised tomorrow, tomorrow, but I still didn't receive it until a month later.

The day the bike was delivered I was surprised to see that they shipped me a blue bike instead of the black or silver like I ordered.

When I called they said that I could send it back and then wait for them to ship me another bike. I said no, blue wasn't bad and I was tired of waiting.

I put the bike together and charged up the battery and I could not get the bike started. I called their tech dept who advised me to buy a new battery and see if that was the case. After looking further I discovered that it was shipped with a bad fuse.

I finally got the bike to start but it idles very rough and doesn't stay started. After calling a local repair guy he suggested I buy some fuel additives to clean the carburetor.

I did that and was able to get the bike to stay running but still idles rough. I took it out for a test drive and noticed that the speedometer wasn't working properly.

The odometer and tripometer do not work either because they show different mileage between the two and I never changed the tripometer. The clock resets its self everytime I start the bike.

As I was heading my way back home my turn signals quit working. Again I called their tech support and they said they would send me a new speedometer and switch for the turn signals for me to replace. (I am not a mechanic) That will take another 10 days.

I told them I wanted to speak to a manager to get some resolution on all these problems because I was not happy. I was told that the manager would be right with me. I sat on hold, long distance, for 20 minutes and finally hung up.

I sent them an email through their website asking to be contacted because I was not happy with this whole transaction and wanted some satisfaction and I still have not received a response.

The other day I started up the bike to keep the carburetor clean and I couldn't get the bike to stay started again and still idling very rough.

I called back again asking how the warranty worked because I am going to have to either take the bike in for repairs (on a brand new bike) or return it for a new one. I was told that if I return it I would have to pay for the shipping charges!

Also, when I went to the DMV to register the bike they are showing the VIN number belonging to a black bike (which is the color on my title) but my bike is blue. So now I have a title that doesn't match my bike.

So now it is the middle of July and I still can not ride my moped. All I want is one that works and that I don't need to be making repairs to get it to work right. This is suppose to be brand new bike!

Powersportsmax - still no help

I ordered a speedometer and a new turn signal switch from them on the 14th and was told that I will receive the parts in 10 days. Today is the 30th and I still do not have the parts.
I went online to see what was happening with the order and saw that it was still under "review". I called to find out why my parts have not shipped yet. I was told that it will be another 2 WEEKS before they even get the parts!
I asked to speak to a manager again and again was put on hold. After holding for 30 minutes they disconnected the line.
My bike is now sitting at a repair shop and I have yet to be able to ride it. It has now been 2 months since I first placed the order for this bike.
