Ordered MC-D16 CAPRI 150cc Moped Scooter via internet from these people in 6 of 08. Upon uncrating found scooter was damaged and sent pictures of damaged parts same day. Company offered $60 refund, told them didn't want any refund, wanted replacement parts. Said they wouldn't do anything without receiving damaged parts so sent them at my expense. Acknowledged receiving pictures and said would take care of it asap.
After many emails and phone calls no results as of 1-10-09. Lot of 1 line brush offs and promises, no refund or replacement parts received. Still waiting for asap to arrive. People like this shouldn't be allowed to do business with the public. Have read many negative reports about them on the net. Will not recommend them to anyone.
