Started home building process in 2008.  Builder will kill you with kindness to get you to do business with them.  Yes anything can be done.  Will do in house financing before suggesting to do financing on your own.  Will provide a high interest construction loan with rates out of this world.  Will not send billing statements for constuction loan and will certainly lie and say he did.  The loan will be put in default, where you will be paying a per day rate at a very high interest rate. At the same time your home will be incomplete, will pull workers off the job.  Took 2 years, and he will milk you out of $$$ he claims to have spent on your home and will never provide proof. Home completed (movable) 2010. As of today my home is incomplete, livable though, driveway thrown together, mess left in the front yard, no tubing to drain water, so water stands in the driveway. Attorney is involved, no response to attorney letters and phone calls.  Some conatct numbers have actually been disconnected.  Was given a furniture certificate for doing business with PPF Homes, no furtinutre at this point. The store has actually become an indoor flea market, I guess Bill O'Neil is on his last leg of taking advantage of home owners, so he swithched to taking advantage of vendors in his market. Hopefully, I will be the last that Bill o'Neil and crew takes advanatge of in the Poconos.  Next stop, Better Business Bureau!
