The reason for my calls is to know what is happening with Printroom Case Number: ########, which refers to a
balance in my favour by sales of orders of pictures or profit checks which amounts to $,$$$.$$ since Sep. 2011.

I called this company and always send me to the voicemal and I have never responded to my calls from Nov. 24, 2012,
almost 5 weeks to the present. Also a lot of e-mails and they only respond: 
Jose, Ive contacted our Accounting staff to help you get paid.  So far, Ive not much to show for my efforts.  I will continue to work to get your pending profit checks.  Of course, Ill gladly email you to let you know when they are on their way to you. Jim Mallamace.
