Do not trust this company in no way shape or form. Save your $750. You're better off spending it on the smaller companies that do twice as much for half that price.

John Harmon, a pr manager, out on a prowl, gets a hold of me via email, telling me, my Kickstarter project was unique and chosen to where I can by-pass the initial qualifying stage.

I was kind of impress because when he got a hold of me, I could tell they took the time to go over my campaign by telling me things in particular.

I proceeded to call John, at which he explained to me that I was well within range, over 34 days left on my campagin, to easily raise money, and that their company can guarantee me, if not all, at least half my budget from a substantial amount of backers, which should generate from all the press.

Of course, I didn't believe it at all. But I somehow wanted to prove to myself, that they were a scam like everyone else, and clear my head of any doubt, since I'm always a cheap goat when it comes to paying these companies, knowing you can't trust any of them.

I paid them $750. Red flags went up right away, when I didn't hear from them until a week later. Which was an email, telling me, their working on a press package. 2 weeks later, another email, same thing. Finally 2 1/2 weeks later, I receive 3 pitches for my press. By the way, that is the only exciting thing I got. I actually like my pitches. No where worth $750 though.

Keep in mind, my days are dwindling down on my campagin, 2 weeks left, still no press. Finally I get another email, telling me, my project is up and running on the press circuit. So they send me an email with links to where you can see my press. First off, it was too long, and horrible written. Nothing like my pitches.

So all this time, my press is, supposedly, getting these so-called reviews, at the same time, my campaign vide, which is my main selling focal, has not received 1 video view.

Of course, I tried getting a hold of John, whom didn't respond. Although, before I paid any money, he called every day.

Yes, I know all projects are not quaranteed to make it. That's not the point here. I explained my situation, and was quaranteed at least several backers based on my project alone.

I've scratched this off my list, never again, and have moved on, settling my doubts.

Be careful what you say

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, May 17, 2017

Be careful of what you say. You must don't realize that everything you say is documented. You say, you have no record of me. I'm not stupid enough to write a ripoff report just for my enjoyment. What do I benifit from that?

Let's begin: Of course, I have documentation from when I 1st contacted you, purchased my package, and got my 1st introduction email, which guaranteed 0 full effort in a promply fashion, along with goals, timelines, and guaranteed backers with no problems. I must admit I was excited.

Fast forward almost 2weeks later, my 3rd email with pitches came. Keep in mind, it's already 2 weeks in, which I gave you my project 34 days to go.

When my pitches came, I only had 20 days to go, 14 days of idleness because my pitches wasn't ready. Add a couple more days it took for you to revise the pitches you sent me.

Fast forward to 10 days left to go on my project, you finally have it ready for press, which you sent me an email with all these mediocre links, with the exception of maybe 2, I recognized. Sure, I got some sort of so-called analysis with page views. I'm not disputing that, because I'm sure I got page views after my press package was finally ready.

Point is, it took you 3 1 /2 weeks to put my pitch on press sites with 10 days left to go on my campaign.

Now, with all this said. I have you on this site, telling everyone, you HAVE NEVER took more that 72 hours, when it comes to having pitches ready for the press. Then you went on to say, you'll offer a full refund, if that happened.

So, if I post all my documentation with emails and dates? The easiest one of all, my email with my 3 pitches, dated and signed, compared to when I purchased my package. To let you know, the day are a ot more than 72 hours apart.

If I produce these easy documents, proving my case, can I get a full refund?

You did state, you'll give a full refund if that happened.

No Record Of Client

AUTHOR: PR Team - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, May 17, 2017

Hello I'm Austin and I’m a member of the PR team that the above post talks about. I'd love to give more feedback about this situation but we have no record of the person above ever being a client! I would advise anyone reading to do your own research about our company and look at more credible sources such as:

https://www.inc.com/profile/pr-kick

https://celebrateproductions.net/anyone-used-pr-kick-for-crowdfunding-pr/

The description of our services is extremely inaccurate in their anonymous post. For example, the post mentions their project had 34 days when they signed up and that our team took  “2 ½ weeks” to send them the PR content we wrote. I have never in my 3 years of working here seen the PR pitches take longer than 72 hours to create. They would immediately get a refund if that happened. Timing is very important with crowdfunding! Whoever wrote this has never worked with us and has probably never even launched a campaign before.

However, my favorite part about their post has to be this statement:

“Save your $750. You're better off spending it on the smaller companies that do twice as much for half that price.”

I have never seen a REAL crowdfunder bother to go around the internet and promote the cheap $50 services that spam projects and annoy everyone. The cheap knockoff services obviously don’t work at all. Why would this “crowdfunder” be promoting them so much? Can you say “competitor”? :)

Give us a call if you ever have any doubts. We have a great team here that is always willing to go the extra mile to help you achieve your goals.

-PR Team

P.S. To the anonymous poster, please show your receipt to prove you really purchased our services! Still waiting...
