Prasad Koka was repeatedly DISHONEST. He got CAUGHT REDHANDED in several bold face LIES. He tried to decieve me on multiple occasions through out the process. Prasad acted in a DECEITFUL and UNETHICAL manner. Once busted for his misconduct, He would not return my calls. He would not return my emails. HE TOOK MY MONEY AND RAN!

I did a real estate transaction with Prasad. He violated contract terms and acted unethically. Then tried to cover it all up and proceeded to deny, deny, deny. His actions and attitude were disgusting. He took advantage of my situation. 

He built up trust with me because we were both from India. Prasad Koka preys on the Indian community in Artesia, Cerritos, Buena Park, Bellflower, Lakewood, Garden Grove, Long Beach, Norwalk, Cypress, Downey, Los Angeles and Orange County areas.

Prasad Koka can't be trusted. He only cares about himself and making as much money as possible, and is willing do anything for an extra buck. He will betray your trust as a client for just a few additional dollars.

Save yourself a lot of pain and find a different realtor.
If you are thinking of hiring him...don't.
If you have a choice of doing business with him...walk away.
If you must do business with him...watch your back.

I would not trust this guy to sell my house, to represent me in a home purchase, or to buy a house from. If you see one of his listings use caution and get your lawyers involved early to avoid the inevidable problems. Also, If you are buying a property from him, get a home inspector you really trust who will be very thorough and look for hidden damage that Prasad might not be disclosing. He is very sneaking, so don't put anything past him. 

There are plenty of Indian real estate agents in Southern California, find another one. 

I have ran into other people who had problems with Prasad. Century 21 Astro should hold this guy accountable for his actions.
