Precise Auto Protection Credit Card Fraud Azusa California
*Consumer Comment: I just went through this exact same thing!
*General Comment: After
We bought a contract with Precise Auto Protection to have a look for 30 days before were entitled to cancel. We decided to cancel the contract. They asked for a letter stating the reason why. I contacted them to confirm that they received the letter and would credit my credit card. It has been 2 months and every time I call they tell me that my refund is being processed. They are obviously lying and stalling and have no intention of refunding my card. I am calling my card company to proceed with a formal dispute.

thank you for posting this report. I wish i had read this before giving an intial downpayment to this fraudulent orgnization. I went through the exact same experience over the last 4 months and about a dozen phone calls. After 2 months your credit card is going to deny your claim. Youre stuck with it. Best you can do is cancel at a later date OR cancel your CC and get a new one issued. But this can cause you issues as well. EVERY business that offers a service has you sign/accept some form of contract. This means you may get dinged for a ETF or Early Termination Fee. Plus if you cancelled your card they will probably send you to collections.
