It started when the checks were becomming harder and harder to get. I had to threaten Randy Schmidt not to run further appointments until I was paid. I had to drive my own car, use my own gas to run these appointments all over the region. 

He would flat-out lie and tell me the date that my check was mailed. After a week with no check I would call him back and after saying I would not run the scheduled appointments he would then Fed-ex a check. Multiple times the check would bounce and it would take another week to get a good check.

Now, I am 2 1/2 months behind, $3,600 is owed to me. Mattress Firm, which was the only client they had wisely ended their contract with them. This put me without a job, which is probably a good thing, now all I want is to be paid for the appointments I ran. He claimed Mattress Firm was not paying him but after talking with Mattress Firm they assured me he was paid in full. I tend to believe MF over this shyster.

Over the past 2 years he would blame his inability to pay on time on his wife going through cancer. If this was even true that is not really my problem. I have issues of my own. Then I find out he took his entire family on vacation to Hawaii with the money he owes me, and I would imagine a lot of other technicians.

If his wife in fact is sick, that's Karma taking a big bite out of you Randy Schmidt.
