Precision Fence and Deck terrible customer service! We gave down payment in march never to hear from them again! chesterfield Missouri

We had a salesman from them come to our house to measure and give us a estimate on a new privacy fence.  We decided to go with them putting $800 down, being assured by the salesman it would be only a couple weeks.  We sent in the property line information, right away, as he had suggested, so that they could get us taken care of before the CRAZY season started.  that was March 24, we finally went to the location to get our money back because we had not been contacted, even to keep us updated!  I do have to say June 12 when my husband went there, they did give us our down payment back, however, it was by a receptionist because the boss/owner/manager would not come out.  I tried on many occasions to reach this company only getting voicemails, never to be returned.  I contacted our sales guy, because that was the only other number I had, and he would assure me that they would contact me NEXT week.  It NEVER happened, so we took our money never looking back!  I would never reccomend this company to ANYONE!
