Precision Induction Cooktop or better know as Nuwave states buy one Nuwave Precision Induction cooktop for $99.00 get the second free will include free cookware, shipping on the first was $29.99 and on the free second $39.99. When I received the cookware did not have the cookware included.
Called to report the missing items, they never called me or emailed me. Today I called but instead of pushing the button on the telephone to report missing items pushed one to place an order, Sandra ext 6772 quoted that if I want the free cookware that comes with the order would have to pay for the 1st free cookware $69.95 for S/H. This company is in my heart a scam company. Told Sandra to have a higher up get a hold of me immediately or I will contact the Illinois BBB office an the Attorney General's Office and file a complaint. I am going to contact all of the Television stations that run their ads.

If you send an email with your order information to facebook@hearthware.com, I can look into the status of your missing items and pass along any updates I receive.
I would like to clarify that we do state in our commercial and on our website that the Ultimate Cookware Set is free, provided that customers agree to pay the $69.95 S&P. Our policy is to only add this charge to a customers account if he/she explicitly agrees to it. Hopefully this helps clarify any misunderstandings.
