AUTHOR: Hearthware Jeremy - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, November 27, 2012

Hello, my name is Jeremy. I am the Social Media Coordinator for Hearthware, the makers of the NuWave PIC. I am terribly sorry to hear that you feel you were overcharged on your order. I can assure you that our policy is to only add charges to an order when customers explicitly agree to the charges. If you feel that these shipping charges were made in error, please send an email with your order information to facebook@hearthware.com. I will have our customer service managers compare your records with our own and correct any inconsistencies they find.
