So disappointed - order the Precision Induction Cooktop from the website precisioncooktop.com - it was the same as what is advertised on television. Online and on television the cooktop was advertised as a Buy 1 Get 1 cooktop - to me that would be 2 cooktops. The shipping and handling cost was very high - $32.90.
Today it arrived - it was a quick delivery of 1 week. I received one light weight box - in the box was one cooktop - no mention of a second cooktop. On the invoice - there was no mention of a 2nd cooktop.
Unfortunately I did not know anything about Ripoff Report.

I received this from the company:
In regards to your email I pulled up your order and I do apologize but you didn’t purchase the 2nd PIC. When you place your order online you were able to add on the 2nd PIC for free you just needed to pay an additional shipping fee. This is a onetime offer done online only, sorry for the inconvenience. We do make it very clear in the infomercial and website you need to pay the shipping fee in order to receive the 2nd PIC.
clearity was not good on the site or the television advertisement.
In futher emails there is NO WAY that I will be able to get the B1G1 as it was a one time offer - and I didn't follow the rules that were either not stated clearly at any rate I missed that part.
Try to return it - and so far that has been impossible.
