Precision Tune,(Chesire Bridge Road Terrible , horrible, rude and substandard service Atlanta, Georgia

The owner Niam of Precision Tune Auto care located on Chesire Bridge road in Atlanta, Ga has poor and inadequate business practices. My experience with this customer was needing service on my Ford work van on 5/13/2011 when I took my van into Precision Tune to get the Power steering pulley replaced because it was loose and broken. I provided the part to Precision to put on and Precision Tune charged $138.52 for labor in which I agreed for proper service. When the drive belt was put back on the pulley it did not fit properly as before. It resulted in shredding the new drive belt. I had another qualified mechanic with another shop look at the van to get a second opinon. The mechanic at the new shop informed me that the power steering pulley was not pressed on completely resulting in the drive belt shredding. I called Niam back at Precision Tune to inform him of the issue. After some difficulty he said to return the van so he could look at it. He called right back upset and angry and informed me that the part was no good/defected and that I should get another part or he would not complete the work or refund my money. I informed him that if he thought the part was defected in the first place why did he put the part on and debt my account for services rendered. He then got voliently upset and told me not to patron his establishment anymore in which I agreed. I asked for a refund or even a partial refund for not completing the job and he refused! So now I have to go to another mechanic and spend the same amount of money to get the job completed properly. Precision tune business practices are substandard at best. Poor customer service, poor accountability to mistakes that are made on thier part and the lack and unwillingness to work with customers that have patroned thier establishment for years.
Be advised I took the same van to another shop and they fixed the problem completely with the same parts and charged me cheaper labor than Precision Tune............PT is such a rip off.
