Predictomobile unauthorized billing Fort Lee New Jersey

I concur with Mary, Predictomobile is a scam organization. They obtain cell phone numbers from websites, or merchants who sell the information and proceed to send text messages to the cell phone numbers they've obtained without authorization and charge a monthly fee of $9.99.

Further, if you read the Predictomobile Official Rules, there is not telephone number provided for customer service. Other than text messaging instructions, the only contact information offered is an address for a "sponsor" and "administrator."

I believe if a consumer did send a "STOP" text message to the number provided, Predictomobile would say the conssumer "authorized" a response by sending a message to 654654.

When I called the 800 number and was not satisfied with the "customer service" provided, I askd for the name of an individual in Ft. Lee, to whom I could address my concerns, but the Customer Service Supervisor, absolutely REFUSED to provide a name or telephone number. The entire company seems to operate with uneducated and untrained employees.

Also, if a cell phone owner reads a text message sent by Predictomobile, the company states that you have agreed to their terms/conditions and begins billing you a monthly fee of $9.99, whether you respond to the text message or not.

Upon receipt of the charges on my cell phone statement, I reported the unauthorized use to my cell phone service provider, (TMobile) who agreed to block any further text messages sent by Predictomobile. But, I am extremely disappointed that TMobile is a participant in a subscription program that allows its customers to be ripped off.
