Preferred Financial Services Beware of untruths Lawrence, Massachusetts

I am dissatisfied with Preferred Financial Services because they lie to you about how they do business. In the 2 months that I have been done business with them they have lied to me more than 7 times. I was given a phone number that they gave to me to give to my creditors and it is a bogus number. When you try and call this number all you get is a recording saying that the voice mail is full.

I have tried for more than 5 days to reach the number and always get the same response. I informed the company of this and was told that they were not aware of this and still after 5 days still no change.  I called back again and they said they were never going to fix the problem they do not want the creditor to reach them. I feel that this is a poor way of dealing with my creditor and do not appreciate being lied to. I am paying them big money to work on my behalf and feel that I should be dealt with honestly.
