Beware of this company!

Preferred Photo (preferredphoto.com) is a group of slimey people. They sold me a defective DVD recorder and when I called to get a return authorization number, they told me to pay for the return shipping and they would reimburse me. I did that - cost me $35 -- and then they refused to reimburse. They also said they do not refund for defective products.
