Back in December 2016 I got a friend request from Lara Dela Cueva on my Facebook account which I readily accepted. She sent me multiple messages which at first I ignored. However, she was very persistent and would message constantly. Over the course of few weeks and after learning a little bit about each other we became friends. She told me about her parents from the Philippines who could not take advantage of her employee benefits which is a vacation package to Cancun because they don't have enough funds to cover the airfare and other travel expenses. She offered me to take advantage of her employee benefits which also facilitate our meeting personally. She allowed me to speak to a "Ma'm Margeoux Flora" which was her manager to discuss the details of her benefit. I gave her my credit card information to secure the package. What I found weird at that time was when she recorded our conversation and asked me to say on a recorded line that I was making such transaction with my freewill and no one is forcing me to do so etc. I really wanted to take advantage of her employee benefit and not want to waste that is why I got the package. I also believed that the package was at employee rate so I readily agreed. After a few days, Ms. Dela Cueva shared that her aunt that resides in San Diego is terminally ill, this is the same aunt that helped her family when times were tough when she was younger. She wanted to do something to repay her for her kindness and would love to show her a good time where she works which is Cancun, Mexico. Out of pity I agreed to lend her money in a form of securing another vacation package, this time for her aunt who is terminally ill. Again, Ms. Margeoux Flora facilitated the transaction and had the conversation on a recorded line while I stated that I was doing it on my free will and was not coerced in any way or form. leHowever, I found out later that it was not a part of employees benefits and it was at a regular rate. In closing, I end up with two vacation packages based on lies and deceit.

I received a voice message on my telephone from PCV customer service on July 27, 2017 to give them a call with regards to canceling the two vacation packages under my name with a 10% penalty. So I called up their number which was in Spanish, there was an option to press a number if I wanted it English but would send me in a loop. When finally I was connected though it was with Spanish speaking operator that eventually transferred me to the right department but the customer service operator that was handling my account was in another line . So they asked me for a call back number so when she is ready she will call me back but that was few days ago. It seems that I was penalized 10% of my purchase price of $2100 for wanting to cancel a package based on deceit and on top of that I am penalized by this company wasting my time. This whole experience have been a nightmare considering they are trying to sell it as a dream vacation.
