Premier Capital Llc approved my business for a loan, for working capital & equipment.  They gave us a lease and requested a deposit, which is customary with some leasing companies.  Since I was satisfied with the terms, I signed and sent the requested deposit.   Afterwards however, they claimed to have a problem with one of my vendors, (which is strange because the vendor said they offered to be his leasing company), and told me I could pay for the equipment and they would send me the check instead of paying the vendor, which I did, but unbeknownst to me and without me agreeing to it, the terms of the agreement changed, was much higher than what I originally agreed to, and did not include working capital.  None of this was discussed with me.  Therefore, I did not sign the second lease, declined their offer and requested my deposit back.  I thought this would be a simple matter, since I did not cancel the agreement I signed, I just wasn’t accepting their second one.   Today, June 1, 2013, I received a call from Charles saying they were not refunding my deposit, and if I filed a claim against them, they would file a claim against me that I was a fraud. Can you imagine, they take my money and call me a fraud, the nerve?  I am surprised that they can be in business ripping people off, I feel I did everything right, but should have googled them first and would have seen all these posts.  The only consolation I have, is deciding not to proceed to do business with these guys.  Please do not fall for their lies, tricks, and deception.  Frank Wright and Charles Wright, will talk nicely to you until they get your money, and will not refund it.  If ever contacted by them, run, don’t walk, this company is a scam!!!
