Premier Cards, Premier Greeting Cards, Tim Harris, Michael Burns scammed,false promises,breached contract Philadelphia Pennsylvania

Purchased 20 locations for greeting cards. Received cards and racks after many weeks of delayed excuses. Original Locator John Turner, Templeton Placement very friendly promised he had 60 locations ready for me in Florida. When my products finally arrived Mr. Turner was gone.

Premier then referred VendSmart Placement Company, took my $1,000 deposit they also took my deposit and had excuses to find me a locator. Did not refund my money or answer phone calls.

Oct. 17th requested refund in writing and was told I must have a notarized letter stating they could not provide me locations in order to expediate my refund. My refund request was turned over to their legal dept. I asked for names but would not give me their phone numbers. Bob McIntyre and John Hathaway. I found under white pages.com a few of these names in the local Philly area.

I filled with the Pa. State Attorney Generals Office. Please contact by email if we can get together for any other civil law suit. All our wired funds are in the Costa Rica Bank account waiting for Mr. Harris to spend on vacation.
