premier contracting LLC joey Williams, holly williams & annette willams. will (Joey willams) had put up a job on the internet criglist for 1,400.00sqft of hard wood flooring so i went on there and bid the job for $1,800.00 the job was in Cullman,al on smith lake i had one helper we stayed there joey met with us i told him i would do the job for perdem$20.00 a day to eat on and when the job is done he was going to payme the rest of my money wich was 1,800.00 bucks i have not did any thing worng. the costmer love the work. I am someone that is trying to make a tru living i lost a lot of time were i could have been doing someting elsa can u help me bring him to justtess in birmingham Alabama

I was looking for a job to do so i went on criglist and found one 1,400sqft of hardwood flooring need to be put down so i got in contac with (Joey willams ) 205 910-1874 he told me that the job is paying $1,300.00 i told him that i would have to look at the job be for i take it so he toldme to me up with him on the 7-27-2013 at smithlake in Cullman,al i look at the job and i told him that i can not do it for that prize so i told him that i will do it for $1,800.00 and perdem wich was $20.00 a day i was there from 7-27-13 to 8-3-2013 on the last 2days i did not get my perdem for me or my helper. Joey willams had a guy up there with us hhad his hold family there why we was trying to do the job i have pic of the job befor and afther so now the job is done the costmer write a check i see it and it is for 3,600.00 so now the guy he got up there with us get the check and say that we got to see joey to get payed so when i call joey he told me that he need to put the checkin his bank and he wiil give me $800.00 and i said no because joey told me that when the job is done i will get paide and now he is saying that the guy he got working for him stole the money off the card and that was my money i did not make the deal with no one but him. he was the one joey willams said he was going to pay me so now here i am going up and down the highway trying to get my money he been sending me texes saying he was going to pay but i hae not seen notthing then he send me another messg saying that his guy stole the money off the card and that was my money but i did not make the deal with the other guy so i just stop calling him and i just want to do it the legal way
