My complaint is that Premier Estate Liquidators (Extreme Shopping Network), has not issued a credit to me for $6,500, which they charged to my USbank visa ($3,250.00), and my Discover Card ($3,251.00) credit cards on November 9, 2003.

I purchased a diamond tennis bracelet on November 9, 2003---HH64511 invoice numberM1031-2 item number via the Extreme Shopping Network. At the time I purchased this bracelet, I was told to contact the company if I had not received my bracelet in a week. I contacted them after two weeks and it had not been shipped. I called again on December 10th and found out it still had not been shipped. I cancelled the bracelet on December 10, 2003. At that time, I was told that their refund policy takes 30 days from the day of cancellation. I have never worked with a company who won't immediately issue a credit for merchandise which had not left their premises.

Since then, I have called and emailed them on several occasions asking for a credit. I have asked to speak to what they call their concerns department and/or a supervisor. They always tell me they cannot transfer me to the concerns department and they can't release the phone number of the concerns department. Also, I never can speak to a supervisor. The supervisor is always away from his/her desk. I did get a name for a supervisor Mark Robinson.

On January 13th, I called and got the same excuses. On January 15th I spoke with Amy Johnson. I got the same run around about the concerns department and the supervisor. Each time I call, I mention that I am filing this complaint with the Attorney General's Office. In my last phone conservation, January 15, I was told that my threat would not speed up the credit and that my credit is in process.

Before, I wrote this letter, I called my credit card companies today, January 21, 2004, to make sure I a credit wasn't received. No credits have been recorded. As you can see, it is 11 days past the 30 day period and about 21/2 months since they charged me for merchandise I never received. Even if I had received the credit, I would have sent you this complaint because this just isn't good business practice.

Premier Estate Liquidators--- 800-432-9184. Their website is www.premierestate.com. I found them on station 227 through Pegasus Satellite Network

I have contacted both USbank (visa card) and Discover Card and registered a disputed claim against this company. I appreciate any help you can give me in resolving this matter and getting my accounts credited.

Premier took 1 whole year of my life, wasted on DEVILS ADVOCATE

I had spent this last year tracking down Kirit Naran, talking to his neighbors calling the office during the regular working hours Mon-Fri, staying up late to catch them during the regular show hours. I have been fighting with creditors since March 3, 2003. This is when I decided to invest some money on a 5.26 soltaire diamond ring, which only had one person bidding on it. Supposely it was EGL Certified for $81,450.00 I paid $21,100.00 I thought that I could resale and make my money back with profit. I knew that I would not get 81 for it but a 5.26 Jsi 3 brillant cut could at least get 30,000.00 or more. There was no EGL certified Appraisal, just thier false EGL copy. Never sent any appraisal form they just faxed over Document that was false. Premier falsifing thier documentation to sell and get thier money and forget any ethics or Business Law apparently. I'm have never sued anybody in my life but this CoMPANY is another story. I can honestly say that Premier has damaged Finicially wrent my credit broke up my marraige destroyed my last year of life with my kids, mentally drove me crazy. The first RED FLAG was when no one hardly answered the phone, "mailbox belonging ----to is full, Please try your call back another time", and then numbers disconnected. there should be alot more cases on BBB but there is not what happened to consumers not reporting?

The true owner's name is Kirit Naran. He goes by "K". He had been very hard to find because he swapped the first letters of his first/last names on his FL Corporate records (that's why Jeremy of Dover, DE had trouble finding him - see above).

Try calling Over and Over talk to Richard,Cindy,and so on.made a transaction with credit card,they said it would be in the mail.I have not received merchandise or refund the phone numbers are busy or just rings or disconnected.I don't know who to talk to,I want my money back.

Premier Estate Liquidators has gone out of business and they have hired a liquidation company. If you paid by a credit card you need to dispute the charges. Your credit card issuer will usually enter a temporary credit. If the company does not dispute the charge back then your temporary credit will become permanent.

If you are unable to do a charge back please contact their Liquidation Company: Michael Moeckler and Associates at (954) 252-8469. They will advise you on how to file a claim.

where is my merchandise or refund?

Having been calling everyday since Thanksgiving weekend. Wired payment in full and still have not received refund or merchandise. Talk to Liz, Cindy, Jason, Amy, Blaze, Erik, Richard and so on... I have exhausted my attempts with phone calls and emails. I have over $16,000.00 that is not accounted for. Please help! I understand your furstration. I have been calling for the last three days and all phone numbers are either disconnected of busy. There is no way to get a response. Main number 800-598-7077 is no longer in service and the web address is no longer working. Customer Service number is a recording only. Does anyone have a current number to get ahold of someone? Thank you for your help. I just want my money back!
