Premier Family Services Would not refund money Goleta California

Premier Family Services is not what you think. They will take your money each month, but will not do much more than that, unless you pay 750.00 for legal documents that you can submit to court. Don't be bothered with this scam.

I began using this service on January the 21st. The only thing I've gotten out of this service is a priest calling me a few times to pray with me. 45/month for prayer services. Hmmm. I have a pastor to do that, but it was nice. I only got to talk to a lawyer once, because apparently they are really busy and can't be bothered if you aren't paying the 750 in fees.

I called to ask them for a $45.00 refund because I haven't "needed them" in 2 months. I decided that for April I did not need their services any longer. I called March 4, and asked that my services be canceled for April. I left a msg, because they do not have people available to take your call.

The following month, I see that I was again billed $45.00. I was told that I had not called when I finally got through. The woman said she would look into the phone records AGAIN. She said that I did call, but I called on the 4th of March. She said that I am billed on the 2nd of every month. My bank said that I was billed on the 4th, but ok fine. Why am I billed on the 2nd of each month, when I started the service Mid Month??
