PREMIER ONE ripoff the business that doesn't give a d**n IDAHO FALLS Idaho

I received a call at home, about how I could receive a VISA credit card and $100.00 coupons for a lot of things. Needless to say I gave them my savings account number over the phone. On June 21, 2002 the automated debit was done for $174.90. They said once they receive the money allow 3 to 4 weeks for the credit card and coupon book to come. While waiting, 2 other companies tried to get money from my account without my approval and premier one gave them my accout #. The first attempt was on June 27,2002, instincts said something was funny about this company so I left the account balance $0.

I was charged a $29.00 insufficient charge by the bank until I told them what was going on, so they credited the money back to my account. I wanted to close the account but premier one said they would only put my refund of $159.00 back to the same account. Since then I opened up another account, and just waiting for my refund then I'll close it. Premier one told me to send back their coupon book untouched and once they receive the book back they would refund my money.

On September the 9th Premier one received the coupon book back, I know this because I sent it by certified mail, when I called the company to ask where's my refund they said they just received it on September 19th which was a lie. They said allow 2 weeks for my refund to be credited to my account. Needless to say today is October 18, 2002 no refund.

I called them today and I asked them what year was I going to receive my refund, the person said allow 2 to 3 weeks because the computer is showing you should have your refund. RIGHT!!!!!
