I recently used your parking facility and have several concerns that I would like to express. On June 03, 2011, I made reservations on line with your website and the website is very misleading by showing a $3 per day fee, however, the website does not show the additional $3 per person shuttle fee until after the reservation has been paid for. After paying on through the internet then the $3 shuttle fee is printed on your receipt at the very bottom. On June 21, 2011, we arrived at the 3719 McCoy Road for parking and was informed that they were over booked and directed us to their sister lot at Red Coach USA located at 2704 Jetport Dr. Last year Ive used the services of Red Coach USA and was never charged the $3 per person shuttle fee which with two people totaling $12 additional to the website fee.

Upon our returning on June 28, 2011, to retrieve our vehicle, I followed the instructions to pick up luggage prior to calling for shuttle service. After having to wait 40 minutes at the airport I decided to call the (407) 851-2886 again only for the call to be directed to an answering machine so I called the number once again for the customer service employee to place me on hold for ten minutes without coming back to the phone. While I was on hold my husband heard a man yelling anyone for Red Coach? This is another disappointment because we were not informed to look for a white van marked (TravelLyx) instead of Red Coach.

After the driver picked us up from Terminal A the driver had to finish loading up the van to have a full load of people which means we drove around to Terminal B side. Along with myself there were several other individuals who were voicing their opinion of how unprofessional the services were and asked for the customer service telephone number and was given the name of Jessica. I myself decided to write my concern about your agencies disregard for satisfied customers but instead focusing on revenue to the extent that its having customers inform the front desk of not utilizing your services again.   Beware use the Premier Parking Ventures only if you want to add a Big Headache to your vacation or other planned trips.
