Premier is an awful company to do business with.  They finance at astronomical interests rates, mine was more than 19%.  My payments were due twice a month and they harrassed me just as they did the others that reported on this site, late or not.

Rachel, Denny, and Mary are in the office, none of whom takes accountability for their unprofessionalism and uncoof business tactics.  On two occassions, my payment was late, but no more than 20 days when repossessed.  Ironically, they repoed it on the same day 2 years in a row.  This year however, they reached an all time low by stealing my car fromn the Jiffy Lube when getting an oil change.  I didn't even owe them $200, but they insisted i pay the loan off to recover my car.

Since the car was nothing close to the $10,000 they wanted, I ended up taking a loss, getting stuck in a county other than my own with no car and a fee for $100 to recover my prized posessions in the car.  The tow truck company says all of Premier's customers have one thing in common, they weren't yet 30 days late before being repoed.

I encourage all to do proper research and never work with Premier.  They have thousands of victims, no remorse and they will continue to take advantage of those that let them.  They are relentless crooks and I'm certain they cannot prosper as an organization.

I am going to the report them to the consumer affairs division in Broward County and Palm Beach County Florida, along with the Florida Dept. of Consumer Affairs, and the better business bureau. These departments can be found online.

It's no wonder you are with a sub-prime company

AUTHOR: Robert - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, April 09, 2011

You are with a Sub-Prime lender because you haven't proven you can handle credit, either you had problems in the past or no credit history.  Higher Risk = Higher fees and stricter terms.  These Sub-Prime lenders generally do not allow you to "slide" as much.  However YOU agreed to the terms when you got the loan.  If you didn't like the 19% then you should have gone somewhere else.  If you don't like the possibility of you getting your car reposessed if you are late then you need to pay cash, because every lender(sub-prime or not) have the same right.

On two occassions, my payment was late, but no more than 20 days when repossessed.
-
With a payment due every two weeks that means you were two payments behind.

This year however, they reached an all time low by stealing my car fromn the Jiffy Lube when getting an oil change.  I didn't even owe them $200,
- Doesn't matter if you were $20, $200, or $2000 behind..if you are delinquent they have the right to reposess your car.

Also this was reposessed when you were in another County?  If the Repo Company had to follow you to another County I am sure there is more to your story that you are NOT saying.  Probably because that additional information wouldn't make you look so good.

The only way you are going to get out from a Sub-Prime lender is to change your attitude.  This means that you make EVERY payment on-time.   Until you get out of the mindset that you can be late(even a few days) you are going to be stuck with Sub-Prime lenders.
