I did not here back from george after I e-mailed him for the second time. So I got upset and wrote him another.

It said the info that you sent me does not tell me any thing. I refuse to pay this bills I did not agree to any of your terms and never would. I have never heard of you.
The times that I am being billed for there is no one home. As me and my wife work first shift.

I have done some checking and I am not the only one that you are trying to rip off. There are hundreds of others.

I demand that these charges be dropped or I will have to get my lawyer involved. Please respond back asap.

I heard back with in 2 hrs.

George's responce was based on the investigation we have done, no billing errors have ocurred. As a courtesy I have issued you credit on your bill. You do not owe anything and no further collection actions will occur
