They were rude they try to take advantage and they provide crappy cars at inflated prices. My thought is if you wouldn’t buy the car yourself or feel safe putting your family in it don’t sell it to me and mine! They had my new car in their garage more than I did. The thing needed a steering column replaced multiple times in a matter of a month and a half.  In 2 months I had to borrow 2 lot cars, 2 rental cars, and eventually they traded me out of the Saturn for a Pathfinder so I purchased 2 cars. The people were snotty, had no empathy, or understanding. I was told I am a young, single, woman and should have purchased a new car. That I am not going to find a car without issues for $10,000. I said I don’t expect the thing not to start when I have had it for 3 days. When you say you are going to fix something then I expect it to be fixed. Their customer service stinks and their cars have inflated prices. I am trying to figure out how they stay in business. So upset I can’t put it into words. They treat you like an idiot when you tell them something is wrong. I can tell you something isn’t working properly if something fell off the car, if the lights don’t turn on, if the freaking thing doesn’t start, if the steering column rattles, if I dont' feel safe in the car because the power seat stopped working and I can't reach the peddles. I was completely alientated because I didn't go in there with a man. I told them that apparently it was my mistake to go to a car dealer for a car that works properly and is safe… oops! I spent two months going up there at least 15 times, making phone calls to their GM, customer service person, sales person, and service department, and lastly not to mention the e-mails that I have sent trying to get the issue resolved. Basically, they traded me out and said that was it. The car that gave me so much trouble was put back up for sale on their lot for another poor customer to purchase.
