I had been scammed by several other companies in regards to selling my BlueGreen timeshare.  David from Premiere Timeshare Solutions called & presented his company as a group who wanted to do things differently from other sells companies.  They were not just a listing company.  They already had a buyer in Canada for my timeshare & could get me double the price that I paid.  I bought it hook, line, & sinker.  I checked Rippoff Report & there was nothing here, so I thought that they were ok.  I sent them $1388. & signed the contract in April, 2009.

First the buyer had to be checked in their financial department for 3 weeks, then the contract would go to the buyer for 10 days & then to me.  They missed the first deadline, something about the buyer's credit being questionable.  Then they missed the second deadline.  During the time that the buyer was to return the contract, the buyer pulled out.  They had a good story about the offer being in the wife's name & her homebased business & then the husband was laid off & they pulled out forfeiting the 20% downpayment.  I was told that they had also put down an additional 10% to verify their credit that they would get back.  When I asked who would get the 20% I was told that the company held it for 1 year.

I was now being told that they had 2 buyers for my timeshare.  It wasn't clear whether it was 2 separate buyers or 2 jointly buying.  Anyway they had to go through the 3 week financial check.  The deadline was Oct. 15, 2009.  I called to request a status report & left a message.  During all this time I had periodically called customer service & talked to different agents who told me pretty much the same thing & were always reasuring that things were going as they should & it would just be a matter of time.  I told them that if they sold my timeshare that I had 2 friends with timeshares to sell & I would deliver their contact information as well as write a good report on them for Ripoff Report.  They never wavered.

Also during this time I was getting calls from competitive sellers.  In Sept. the competitor told me that Premiere was in the news.  I called customer service & they reported that all was fine.  Today I got another call & this time was given the search terms for the TV report.  I have tried to call Premiere.  All their numbers have full voice mailboxes & no one answers.  I don't know why they strung me along for so long.  The last time that I spoke to someone at Premiere I was assured that my account would be settled in a closed sale before my maintenance fee was due to BlueGreen in mid November.  Now I can't reach anyone at Premiere, my maintenance fee is due, & I have no money to hire anyone else to market the timeshare for me.  I was counting on that sale to help me buy a new home.
