I ordered a free offer from Premiere Whitening for $.99 on 10-22-09.  They also advertise on the same page as Dazzlesmile and claim the two companies are unrelated.  You will see their joint advertisement on a number of different popular websites.

Within 48 hours, a representative contacted me asking me if I wanted trays with the order, I stated no that I was in a hardship after my last client filed bankruptcy and I'm out 40K.  In addition, I have no source of income at this time.  I explained that I was getting the teeth whitening to be prepared for an interview.

On 11-5-09, I was charged $158.27 which put my bank account in overdraft and I had overdraft charges of $35.00 on top of Premiere's charges.  Upon reviewing my bank account online, I noticed a phone number I could contact Premiere.

On 11-5-09, I called the number several times and it reached Scott Airforce Base.  Then, I went to Premiere's website to locate a number.  I dialed it several times and it gave a recording that said please hold and then another recording that stated if you are looking for another subscriber please....essentially it did not put me on hold and I could not get through to anyone.  Then, I sent them an email explaining the situation and that I did not authorize these charges and I'm in hardship to please reverse the charges.

On 11-6-09, a customer service representative contacted me and left a message.  I returned the call and the phone number was the same phone number I did not get the opportunity to be put on hold the day before.  I spoke with a customer service rep.  She claimed I did not return the "trial" product within 10 days and she could not reverse the charges.  It took a week for the package to get here from the time of ordering on 10-22-09 and the charge of $158.27 was made on 11-5-09. I told her I wanted to speak to a supervisor and she said the supervisor would tell me the same thing that it wasn't a matter to be escalated.  I told her the package is unopened and that I could return it.  She refused.  I said it was my understanding this was a free offer.  I explained my hardship and that I couldn't get groceries and she said she sympathized, but she couldn't reverse the charges.  On 11-6-09, I sent yet another email to customer service to reverse the charges and complaining of unethical business practices.  When the package arrived, there were no materials explaining policies or return practices.  I thought the $158.27 was for a future order that had yet to be delivered so I was trying to put a stop to it.  Their advertising is deceiving and they are heartless at customer service.  At the end of the call, I told her she could go to hell and so could Obama.  I am very angry.  What upsets me even worse then the charge is the fact that my call was not escalated after three requests to do so.

In the meantime, I contacted my bank to cancel my credit card to ensure no other charges would be filed and complained of unauthorized charges.  They are investigating the matter further.

The thing is, Premiere can claim trial offers all day long, but when the mail doesn't get here in a timely matter for delivery, a ten day return is impossible.  In addition, their advertising is full of trickery.  You think you are getting a free product and you don't.  Their advertising says why pay a dentist hundreds for treatment when you can order from us for $1.97.  With the charges they made to my account, I could go see a dentist.
