This company preteneds to provide around the clock support and proactive monitoring of your companys most sensitvie computer systems when all they really do is collect a check at the end of each month and do nothing to actually earn it. it is a bare bones operations consisting of one engineer and the owner that trys to pretend it is a much larger company that can meet any and all needs that a company might have which is the furthest thing from the truth, they are not trained or under trained in the areas they claim to be experts in and will willingly mislead you into thinking that you ar  dealing with profesionals when all the owner is lookin gto do is fatten his wallet at your expense. their backup and disaster recovery systems fail consistently and the never tell the client that they are currently unprotected especially when it comes to their most critical of data. they bring a bad name to the legitimate manage service providers out their who work hard to bring a quality experience and product to market for the customer base. The owner of this company is interested in profits and only that and the customer is the one who suffers for it.

This complaint was posted after an employee was terminated and could be construed as retaliation.  If there are any questions about the quality of service that Premier One IT Solutions provides, please contact the owner for client references.

Premier One leverages a 24x7 Network Operations Center (NOC) that provides pro-active monitoring and alerting for conditions requiring attention.  Our NOC also provides immediate remediation for many issues that can be addressed remotely, and escalates matters as appropriate for on-site support, if necessary, or when a greater level of skill or familiarity with a client environment is required.

  

Premier One works hard to provide excellent service and to earn the trust of our clients.  We do resell select cloud services, including backup.  We periodically review all of our service offerings, especially any re-sold cloud service offerings, to ensure that we are delivering a quality service and providing excellent value to our clients.  As such, we did recently replace a cloud based backup provider where we had become dissatisfied with the service and support, incurring significant expense to Premier One in the process.

 

I am disappointed that someone chose to publically post such a scathing and unfair review of Premier One while hiding behind anonymity.
