paid 6000 for warranty from premium 2000 through MHC in Dallas. You basically have to have a major breakdown to even be considered for coverage.  well after being denied on radiator , starter, compressor,and  metering unit on  after treatment. i had major damage internally to my engine and as i was told and read online, premium 2000 found a way to not cover repairs.  Claims agent passed the ball to supervisor and he passed it to manager. Well manager wouldnt answer or return voice messages i left.  waiting to see if they will respond to this BBB complaint i just filed.

 I had Premium 2000. I don't know why they haven't been shut down yet. It is a high commission product, I was lucky I got my money back after I told them I was contacting the attorney general, because they denied a claim that should have been covered. They are misrepresenting their product. They prey on truck drivers thru these crooked dealerships. Phoney warranty! And expensive!

I had over $2000 in my account and now it is $39 with out me touching the account. They say that they cannot help and they froze the account. THAT IS THEFT!
