Premium Advantag Trac Gaurd Encore Financial ripoff complete fraud provides no services lies Fort Lee New Jersey

In early Jan. this company called me offering $5000.00 unsecured mastercard . I was repeatedly told by Piko caruso rep. #694 my bank account ( which he had all the info to already and claimed he had gotten from the american banking association ) would not be charged any fees but instead all fees would be applied to the credit card . sounded like a great deal ....NOT!!!!

First they hit my bank for 19.95 for roadside assistance funny thing is I don't even own a car , this was under the name tracgaurd . Then 4 days ago they got me for $299.95 a service fee for the mastercard under the name premium advantage .

When I called I was put on hold for an hour and a half and once I finally got to talk to someone I was connected to the rudest person I've ever dealt with (supervisor named Jane) and told the card was secured . I asked the value and just about passed out when told it would be zero until I loaded it .

Yeah thats right they charged me $300.00 for a blank piece of plastic. Now I have to figure out how I'm going to eat thanks a-lot .

My bank has offered provisional funds while they investigate but what if they can't do anything then they'll want there money back two .

My advice to any one who needs credit this bad is to ask your bank about secured credit . To bad hind-sight is 20/20 .
