I ordered a 30 day trial product from Premium Brand Skincare for a shipping charge only. Anti aging skin cream. I never received an email confirming my order. When I received it there was another product included that I did not order, and for which I was charged a second shipping fee. I began using the original product I ordered and it felt like nothing more than watered down lotion. I checked my credit card stmt two weeks later and noticed I had been charge $89.97 for each of the products I received. So much for the 30 day trial. I called their customer service # to find out why I had been charged for each product and was told the trial period was only 14 days and that if I hadn't contacted them within that 14 day period, I would be charged the full price. I disputed that, as their was no indication on their website about this policy. Or if there was it was buried and I didn't see it. I asked them to not charge my card for any thing else and requested a full refund on both of the $89.97 charges. At that point, I was told they would cancel all future deliveries and issue me a 35% credit. I was not satisfied with that answer and persisted. The credit then went from 35% to 50% to 75% that would hit my account within 3-5 business days. Again. I was not satisfied at which point both of the "customer care reps" I talked to (a different one for each product) offered me $100 voucher for future purchases. Guess they didn't hear me when I said I didn't want any more of their products. We'll see if the credits hit my account. Either way I'm disputing the charges. I told them I thought their marketing was predatory and would report it to rip-off.com. At that point, they both apologized profusely and then hung up.
