i know that i was looking for a way to clear my credit, but everyone says that you need a credit card to help build it. That's exactly what did. This was back in late January early February.

How was i suppose to know that this company was a scam artist?

Anyways, i went through all the bank phone numbers that they had given me in their company logo folder they sent. About a month went by and all the banks that I had contacted had sent letters back saying that they were unable to approve me.

I contacted Premium One not too long after that. I told them that all the banks that they listed for me to contact were unable to approve me for a credit card.

They then said that I needed to fax the proof over to them to prove that I had been denied.

I didn't hear anything from them, so I contacted them. They said that they would have it reversed the money back into the account on May 11 of 2004.They would not refund us a check.

Nothing became of it. We waited and waited for the money to hit the account. We waited.

Needless to say, nothing hit the account. I contacted them two or three days later. They told me that it would take at least 3 to 7 days to process.

I told them that it wasn't in the bank and that we hadn't seen anything pend to our account and they needed to find out what happened.

What they told us the next time we talked to them was that they needed more time or something like that to make sure they had the funds for them to return the money to the account and that they had to do something so that it wouldn't go against our credit as bad credit reasons.

We called the next week, tired of getting the run around and asked to talk to their supervisor.

He said that the money would definitely be in the account June 11 of 2004. Here is now, the 16th of June and still nothing.

I got off of work this morning and was trying to find some information on the company itself and am unable to find them on the internet. They keep putting me off with some excuse.

It just irritates the heck out of me why i didn't just say no. I wanted to fix my credit and clear it to put my house in my name.

If only i had found yals website earlier.
