I ordered the following items from Premium Tips: 125 Pcs Premium Tulip Flower Tips Cake Decoration Kit/Set Regular prie $85 Sale price $19.90 / Christmas edition pipint tips Regular price $35 Sale price $18.75 / PC Universal Edible Printer Bundle - Designer Package Regular price $249 Sale price $99.
I never received any of these items. When I tried to contact them via Facebook Messenger, which is how they confirmed my order, as well my email, all I get is a standard response.
Now their message won't even come up in my messenger box anymore. I really wanted the products, however, after dealing with them since October, I would rather have my money returned to my credit card.
They do not have a contact number and I was just able to find the gmail address for them.
Havving email problems and cannot attach invoice now.
