I subscribed for premium tv for pc platinum edition. I paid $39.99, followed all instructions, but product would not download. I tried everything possible for three hours and even tried to call for technical help. All tries lead back to subscription page. I called for help but could not recieve it; it's as if even the people who made this so called "premium package" don't even know what they're selling.

Do You Have Windows XP Or Vista?

AUTHOR: Pbsbluejay - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, January 02, 2009

Hello,

I happened to stumble across your complaint and was wondering if you could provide more information.

I am a researcher/tester/user of PC Satellite TV software packages including the Premium TV for PC. These services deliver 80% (give or take) what was promised with the other 20% (give or take) improving. They do work and can work rather well but some people experience rare problems during the download/installation process.

It's rare when a software-to-computer compatibility issue occurs and if it does, usually it can be resolved. If Tech support doesn't respond to your email, remember you have ClickBank. They handle sales/refunds/complaints to help you. Get them to contact the merchant or request a refund.

Do you have Windows XP or Vista OS (operating system)?

Do you have software to unzipped Premium TV for PC files and install them to your computer's hard drive?

Without knowing exactly what you have or don't, I'm only guessing what the problem could be.

I suggest installing Winzip at http://www.winzip.com/getcurrpage.cgi?lang=en&page=prodpagewz. It's simple to use when unzipping Premium TV for PC files to your hard drive, and there is a 45-day free trial. The company don't ask for your credit card upfront.

If you use an XP or Vista OS, you might refer to this webpage at http://pcsatellitetv-review.blogspot.com/2008/08/6-tips-to-download-pc-satellite-tv.html. You will find more info. in the "How-To" section--see right column.

If you have a Vista OS, you might also want to check out the sites below...

Your computer may need more preparations prior to downloading/installing the Premium software. All running programs on your computer should be closed during download/installation, especially communication software. If you have anti-virus software installed, your firewall could be blocking the installation. These are some of the things that can cause problems and you will be shown how to resolve issues by visiting the sites above.

I recommend you start with this page, http://pcsatellitetv-review.blogspot.com/2008/08/6-tips-to-download-pc-satellite-tv.html.

You will find the "How-To" section in the right column. Start with articles "6 Tips To Download PC Satellite TV Software Safely and Smoothly" and "Preparations To Download/Install PC Satellite TV Software." Hopefully, you will find a solution there.

Good Luck!
