I ordered a free trial from a company called Premium White Pro, before ordering I read their terms and conditions carefully. It clearly stated I had 5 days to cancel before I would be charged the $126.42 membership fee. I called on day 3 to cancel.
When I called the toll-free number listed on their website, all I got was a recording asking me to enter my PIN. I was never given a PIN. So I contacted them using their 24/7 live chat instant messaging option. I was told I had already been charged the membership fee, and that their terms and conditions stated it was a 3 day trial period.
I had received a confirmation email which included the terms and conditions so I copied and pasted it into the chat window and asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor read the chat history and my copied email and simply said, "you were sent the wrong terms and conditions" I asked for a refund and guess what? Their memberships are not refundable.

I was not confused at all. I read the terms and conditions thoroughly before I ordered. The terms and conditions presented to me clearly stated I had 5 days to cancel. The company is now trying to switch the terms and conditions enforced on my membership and saying that I did not read them properly. This is an outright lie and an outrage.
