my name is wiss jean-philipe. Im a microsoft support engineer, graduated in december 2006 at Draughons Junior College, Nashville, TN. My situation became very difficult because I do not have a job according to my knowledge just to make more money first, to pay my student loans, second, pay the bills to take care my family.

I have a Securiy Officer job where I make $1,200.00/month, however, I have bills of $1,500.00/month.

my wife Rose Laure and I think its important for me to go to take IT license test in fact that will help me to find a better job. I make to call PrepLogic for helping me to find the good program for the IT test. Prelogic told me yes we have a good program.

but, I said to PrepLogic that I need a program for one month just to prepare me for the IT License test. PrepLogic told me that I have to take a program for 2 years, I said no because Im already a Microsoft Support Engineer. And, I do not have money now to pay for more program.

PrepLogic told me ok, we have a program of one month for $50.00. I said ok but after one month I dont want to have any more account with you. PrepLogic said thats ok.

preplogic did not give me access to open my account despite that PrepLogic took $78.00 in visa card. I called PrepLogic about that I could not open my account, PrepLogic just give me some access that means, I did not got good access.

I told to PrepLogic that I want you to close my account on the time. PrepLogic answers: You have to do that by yourself.

however, when I tried to sign out my count I did not have access to do anything. One week later, prepLogic called me and told me that they are waiting for my payment of $2,421.00. I said to PrepLogic that I dont really understand.

PrepLogic said whatever you did not use the program but youre already order the program then you are going to pay. Everyday and every night PrepLogic and his collection agency keep to call me.

in addition, I was looking for a solution to take care my student loans, and to find a better job to take care of my family but PrepLogic want to give me more problem. Please help me with PrepLogic. Thank you so much.
