I ordered 135 Silver Buffalo rounds on 10-31-14. The lady that took my order told me that I would have to send a check because they were having problems with the company that handled the ACH account. So I overnighted a 2,435.80 check to POW and the check was cashed the next day. The Shipping of my metals usually takes between a month to 2 months so I was not concerned, but 2 1/2 months so I tried to contact POW last week to no answer. I'm am current out 2,435.80. I Believe that POW went under. Does any one know if there is a class action lawsuit against POW?
