Please if you are going to post for consumers to read...post the facts and truth. PPS was never paid by you $45,000.00. We contracted with you to build a $71,000.00 complicated to build vanishing edge pool. $25,000.00 of the pool price was credited by PPS to you in exchange for a nice 4' x 8' sign to remain in front of your condo complex and use of the office for atleast two years after condo construction. After your pools complex foundation, steel pool frame, plumbing, pool concrete shell and most of your pools finishout was complete you informed me the sign I paid you for was going to come down and you were not going to pay me for the $25,000.00 fee I had paid you for. The total amount of money I was paid by your company was slightly over $33,000.00 for a pool that was over 80% complete. John L the truth is you have cheated my family, crew, and me out of tens of thousands of dollars. You don't pay your contractors John....they have to file claims on your property to get paid...just like JR (210-771-6295) the man who poured your concrete slabs...you didn't want to pay him until you were forced to!

You have a spec home in River Crossing you built over two years ago that has issues and you can't sell it. You started building another home in Champions over 18 months ago and it is not completed. The condo complex you are building above was started almost three years ago and you don't even have two buildings completed. The pool is not done because you ripped me off! Be honest to the consumers out there John...in late February of 2008 you contacted me and I met with you at your condo complex. You informed me you needed to get the pool done to avoid legal issues with condo buyers. I informed you I would help you finish the pool but the balance owed was $39,000.00. You shook my hand and agreed "let's get it done".I did not raise the price of the pool $1 from our original contracted price even though you had used my finish materials on other projects. I also brought it to your attention you had been late every time payng me my draws in the past and I was not going to go for that treatment again. you told me not to worry because your word was gold. So I had tons of new rock/boulders and materials delivered to your complex. My rock finish crew was moved to your complex. I didn't ask for a nickel from you to get started...approximately 14 days later when the next draw was due you refused to pay me one penny and offered to pay me only $19,000.00 when it was complete! Tell the truth John...you have had several engineer reports made of my pool...great engineeering! It's a great looking pool!! All you had to do is simply pay PPS what you owed and the pool could of been finished a long time ago and on budget...I never went up on the face value of the contract even though we had many issues out of our control. You failed to pay PPS $39,000.00 last month as you gave me your word you would causing PPS financial harm. I work 6-7 days a week for PPS and my clients...for you to rip me off and then type out all this untruth about me should be considered a sin!

Julie A. Williams has not been involved with, employed by, has absolutely no ownership and has not been an employee of Presidential Pools and Spas since December 2006 and is currently recoverering from cancer/treatment. Julie A. Williams is the nicest and most honest adult I have ever met! I lost my Bestfriend in the World when she found out she had cancer. Julie A. Williams never contracted a pool with you! You have clearly and intentionally with intent to cause harm made false statements and posted it on a site for thousands of consumers to see concerning, Julie A. Williams a person you never contracted a pool from. JAJ has never worked as a saleswoman for my company.
