I spoke to Rob Brennan, Presidio Project Manager at (212) 324-4351 and he advised me to talk to Jim Lee, Presidio Project Coordinator. During the phone conversation, Jim Lee negotiated this counter offer to $260 in Work Market on each site in NY and asked me to rush to this site within an hour. I completed the following sites by 6 pm on the same day. On 10/19/2016, I received a phone call from Presidio employee and she advised me to close these assignments for payment approval a total of $520. Everyday, he made some excuses and advised me to do site documents in different ways. As I documented site surveys in his ways, he still can't able to release the payments in Work Market. For the past two weeks, I have been contacting Rob Brennan, Presidio Project Manager by phone & email, and he never responded positively on these assignments in Work Market. I also spoke to Work Market and they sent several messages through their portal. Finally, they advised me to take legal action on these payments. Please advise me. Sam.
