Press Who > Thomas Lewis > Brittany Bailey Failed to supply media lists as ordered, harvesting counterfeit media lists from Cision and reselling UK Internet

After ordering and pre-paying for more than $225 worth of media lists (contact lists for people in magazine, news, and TV media) Press Who failed to supply said lists in a timely manner.  More than two days elapsed between the time of the order and any sort of contact with said company. 

Finally when the order was cancelled via PayPal a littany of rude and threatening emails arrived from Brittany Bailey demanding another payment, even though the lists were never received on my end. 

I had purchased an email list weeks before which did arrive in a reasonable time, but after a more careful look this morning the list is obviously a duplicate of media contacts available through Cision (a much larger media list supplier) - several of the contacts on the list actually have Cision in their email address, clearly demonstrating that the information being sold by Press Who is conterfeited from Cision. 

The Press Who website clearly states that orders will be fulfilled with 24 hours, which in this case it was not – this is a clear breach of contract and grounds for termination of any orders or agreements.  My order was made on June 6^th (Monday) in the afternoon about 4pm.  No communications was received from Press Who except one quick note saying it was being checked on by Thomas Lewis more than 24 hours later after I emailed him.  It wasn’t until a couple hours after I'd advised Press Who to forget it that I received a rather rude email (in response to an earlier email from me checking on the order again) from them on Wednesday morning at 10:30  - that’s more than 43 hours later – saying again that they were “working on it”.  

However after cancelling the order through PayPal I’ve gotten a litany of harrassing emails and phone calls asking for $$ for something I still have not received. 

Stay clear of these people - they are shady!
