I to have a judgement against me from low life scum. I am going to file a motion with the court in my town as well as with the Attroney General. They got a default judgement against me about a year ago for almost 3700.00. I refused to deal with them and contacted HSBC which is the mother company of the now defunct Beneficial that these leeches claimed to have gotten the debt from. I spoke with their security and fraud dept who stated that they never have nor do they now deal with any of these companies to collect a debt. I have also learned that thru a company
I can get this and all other unsubstantiated debt erased for 0%-20% of the original debts shown on my credit reports and those negatives also removed for a reasonable fee and its guarenteed. the company is creditcardsolutions.com. They are breaking federal law and you don't have to pay them a dime nor you owe the original creditor or bank any money because the bank/creditor has already gotten paid by their insurer. the web will explain all this to you so please log onto it for your sake. they will sue these a*holes in federal court as well as maybe state.
