Pressler and Pressler AKA New Century Financial Violation of Proper Service - BOTTOM FEEDERS Parsipanny New Jersey

Pressler and Pressler is also doing business as New Century Financial Services (wouldn't be surprised if they were affiliated with New Century Mortgage - the largest subprime mortgage lender and first to go down - looking for another crooked way to make a few bucks from the people they already defrauded!) 

I drove 3 hours today to the Court in Southern NJ  to get a copy of the file for the  "alleged" judgement against me that P&P is trying to pursue.  The Clerk only sent me 3 pages  - Go Figure.

Interestingly enough, the Judge dismissed their "Order to Enforce Judgement" due to my not properly being served.  Although their Order to Enforce the Judgement was denied, the next document in my file is a plain text Word Document from Pressler and Pressler, "Order No Motion" - spelling errors all over - not an official document by any means - followed by a GRANTED Writ to Execute chattels and goods - signed by the CLERK of the same Judge that denied their Motion for Improper Service!!!! These losers are going to come after me for my personal property now for a debt I didn't even incur!!!!

These bottom feeders have ties all over the judicial system in NJ......they are using their legal expertise and "loop holes" in the system.  

The entire practice of buying OLD written off debts should be ILLEGAL.  Why wasn't I offered the opportunity to pay pennies on the dollar to settle an old debt before some corrupt bottom feeders were able to buy it ....then "legally" puruse me for triple the "alleged" amount owed?

THESE SLUGS MUST BE STOPPED FOR ONCE AND FOR ALL!
